Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AEY s.r.o., Slamkova ulica 1352/40, Mojmírovce, Slovakia, company ID 57566038 ("NKS Fit", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit nksfit.com, buy the Rebuilt program or join 1:1 coaching. We are the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

• Purchase data: your name, email address, country and order details. Payment card details are handled only by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store them.
• Coaching data: information you share to get your plan, such as age, body weight, goals, training history, schedule, workout results, progress photos, and any injuries or health conditions you choose to tell us about.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or other messages.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.

2. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To deliver the program and the coaching you bought (performance of a contract).
• To process health-related information you give us for coaching, only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
• To answer your questions and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
• To send you news or offers, only if you have opted in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under appropriate agreements:

• Lemon Squeezy – payment processing, invoicing and digital delivery (Merchant of Record).
• Website hosting provider – Cloudflare.
• Email provider – Google (Gmail).
• Google Fonts – the site loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Our accountant and public authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. How long we keep it

• Purchase and accounting records: as long as tax law requires (in Slovakia, generally 10 years).
• Coaching data: for the duration of your coaching and up to 12 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Emails: as long as needed to deal with your request.

5. Cookies

The site currently does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk) or the authority in your own country.

7. Children

The Services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
