Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nksfit.com and your purchase of the Rebuilt program and 1:1 online coaching (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by AEY s.r.o., Slamkova ulica 1352/40, Mojmírovce, Slovakia, company ID 57566038 ("NKS Fit", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy or use the Services.

2. Health and safety

• Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you are pregnant, have recently given birth, are injured, or have a medical condition.
• Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other warning sign.
• You take part in physical activity at your own risk. Use correct technique and appropriate weights, and train within your own limits.

3. Purchases and payment

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT, and its own terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

4. The Rebuilt program

• Rebuilt is a digital product (PDF) delivered by email right after payment.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part.
• All content, including text, training plans and images, is owned by NKS Fit and protected by copyright.

5. 1:1 online coaching

• Coaching is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• After you subscribe, we contact you to learn about your goals, schedule and equipment, then create and update your training plan.
• You agree to give us honest and complete information, including any injuries or health conditions that could affect your training.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• We may end a subscription if you break these Terms or behave abusively. In that case we refund any unused, prepaid period.

6. Results

Results depend on many factors, including your starting point, consistency, nutrition, sleep and health. Before-and-after photos and reviews on this site show individual experiences and are not a promise or typical result. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NKS Fit is not liable for any injury, health problem, loss or damage arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. For active coaching subscriptions, we will tell you by email about important changes before they apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
